And how do we do it exactly? 

1. To know the requirements to import from China.
If it is your first time to import from China, we will guide you which are the requirements that the customs office of your country requires. 

2. Detail the product information. 
We will send you a  ¨Product Search Form¨so you can fill in the specifications, quantities and photos of the product you would like to buy from China. Once we receive your form, we will start searching for reliable direct manufacturers, with price and quality. We will provide you within 5 working days with the quotations and catalogs of the best 5 suppliers we have found so that you can choose the supplier that most convinces you. 

3. Quote of the total cost of the import
Once you have selected the suppliers that you think are the most appropriate and defined the models, we will quote you the total cost of the import. We will quote you the total cost of importing the product, in other words, including the cost of the goods, shipping, taxes, port charges and final delivery to your warehouse.We look out for your interests instead of suppliers, so we always strive to negotiate the best purchase prices with suppliers and get you the most competitive freight rates with shipping companies.

4. Obtaining physical samples (Optional)
If you want to check if the quality corresponds to the one you want, before purchasing, we will request physical samples from the suppliers. We are also willing to consolidate samples from different suppliers and send them to you in one shipment to avoid high freight charges. 

 
5. Confirmation of purchase
Once the physical samples have been approved, the next step is to place the order. We will pass the detailed order to your supplier in China. We will review each item on the purchase proforma, including product descriptions, payment terms, delivery time, bank details and other clauses to make sure there is no mistake.

You can pay the order directly to the supplier or through our company, as you like. If you buy with different suppliers and you have to consolidate the goods, the ideal is to pay to our trading company, so we will invoice you the total of the order. We will issue only one set of import documents. In this way, it helps you to simplify customs clearance, save unnecessary expenses, especially not revealing the name of your supplier. 

6. Production follow-up and pre-shipment inspection
Our staff will follow up your order. We monitor the whole production process to ensure that the goods are in conformity with the agreed datasheets and delivery time. We will constantly inform you the status of the order through emails and Whatsapp. When the goods are finished and at least 80% packed, our inspector will travel to the factory to do the quality control before shipment.

7. Shipping and customs clearance 
Once the order is about to be finished, we will coordinate the shipment of the goods with the supplier. We have warehouse in China to meet your need to consolidate cargos between different suppliers. We will book the container 2 weeks in advance, so that your goods will be shipped immediately and no extra cost of warehousing in China will be incurred. As the freight forwarder approved by China Department of Transportation, licensed by NVOCC. We sign freight rate agreements directly with shipping lines to ensure the most competitive freight from China.

8. Import customs clearance assistance
We maintain close cooperation with customs brokers in most Latin American countries in order to help our customers to complete the customs clearance process smoothly.
