Door-to-door shipping from China to USA

Door-to-door transportation from China to the United States means that the products will be shipped first by containers or by airlines from China to Long Beach/Los Angeles, then after unloading and customs clearance, the packages will be delivered to the warehouse of Amazon or any interior destination by UPS, FEDEX or truck. It is a door to door service with taxes included, it is also called DDP shipping.

The goods must be sent to our warehouse in Guangzhou of China or you authorize us to collect the goods from the factories. We have 4 routes of the DDP transport from China to the US.

1.Door-to-door air freight from China to USA
First leg: by air
Estimated transit time: 8-12 working days counted from the receipt date of your merchandise
Export customs declaration: Your factory could be the exporter to declare or we do it for you.
Destination: Amazon FBA warehouse, business address and private address.
Minimum weight per carton: 12 kg, either physical or volumetric weight. Less than that, it is charged for 12KG.
Minimum weight per shipment: 21 kg.

2.Door-to-door ocean shipping by Matson Express – Long Beach – UPS/FEDEX
Matson, an American transportation services company, Matson's "small size" vessels, private destination port and dedicated terminal facility allow the short transit time and faster unloading of goods. Matson offers the following three fast shipping services from China to the US.

China – Long Beach Express (CLX)

China – Long Beach Express Plus (CLX+). The only difference is that CLX+ will arrive at PIER-A, the port owned and operated by Matson JV, while CLX will arrive at the exclusive use terminal. PIER-A facilities are shared by Matson and other shipping lines, so unloading at PIER-A may take longer.

China– Oakland– Long Beach(CXX). It is seasonal expedited service from China to Oakland and Long Beach.

Route: Shanghai-Ningbo(-Xiamen)-(Oakland)-Long Beach-UPS/FEDEX
Ship: CLX/CLX+/CCX, service of 5 star
Estimated transit time:

If via CLX/CCX, 16-20 calendar days counted from ship departure.
If via CLX+, 22 calendar days from vessel departure.

Export declaration: your factory could be the exporter to declare or we help you declare.
Destination: amazon FBA warehouse, business address and private address.
Final delivery: By UPS or FEDEX
Observation:

The weight per box exceeds 30KG, or the volumetric weight per box exceeds 40KG is not accepted.
Minimum weight per box: 12 kg, either physical or volumetric weight. Less than that, a minimum of 12KG is charged.
Minimum weight per shipment: 21 kg.

3.Door-to-door ocean shipping by Matson Express – Long Beach – Truck
Route: Shanghai-Ningbo(-Xiamen)-(Oakland)-Long Beach-Truck
Estimated transit time:

If via CLX, 15-20 days after ship departure
If via CLX+/CCX, 22-30 days after ship departure

Export declaration: your factory could be the exporter to declare or we will help you to declare.
Destination: amazon FBA, commercial and private management.
Final delivery: By truck
Minimum weight:
- For Amazon warehouse: 300KG/Shipment
- For private direction: 1000KG/Shipment
Remark:

The physical weight of the carton over 30KG is not accepted.
The widest length of the carton must be less than 120cm.

4. Door-to-door Ocean shipping by normal ship: Shenzhen (Yantian) – Los Angeles – Truck
Route:

If via CMA(EXX), 25-40 days after ship departure
If via ZIM(ZEX, ZX2, ZX3), 35-38 days after ship departure
If via EMC/COSCO/WHL/MSK, 35-40 days after ship departure

Final delivery: By truck

- For private address: 1000KG/Shipment

Requirement for products that are shipped for Amazon FBA
For Amazon products, the packaging must have FBA labels, MADE IN CHINA labels, and customer delivery marks.

Goods that are not allowed to be shipped by DDP shipping
Replicas, liquids, powders, pre-made foods and beverages, drugs, flammables and explosives, antiques, mobile phones, pure batteries, infringing products, mobile power, wooden boxes, strong magnets, currency and other items prohibited for export are not accepted by the status and prohibited by airlines and shipping companies.
