In China-Latin, we ensure that the manufactured merchandise meets the characteristics and standards required by the customer. We will the exhaustive quality control in our warehouse, and we also send our inspectors to go directly to the factory to inspect the merchandise before loading it into the container.
We offer two kinds
of quality control in China: Pre-Shipment Inspection and Container load Inspection.
Pre-Shipment Inspection: The inspection can ensure that the manufactured product meets the agreed
specifications. It will be done when the production has already finished and at
least 80% of the goods are already packed.
Container load Inspection: It will be supervised the loading process. It will be verified if the quantity and type of product reach the agreed requirement, and it will be also verified the state of the container, guaranteeing the proper handling of its products during loading.
Rate:
If any incident is detected, it will be executed a protocol wiith detailed photos of the goods, by which the customer will be informed immediately to avoid the shipment of goods in bad condition. In addition, we will contact the supplier to clarify the situation and solve the problem.
