Among the maritime transport from China, the common types of containers are: 20GP, 40GP, 40HQ and 40NOR. The 40HQ container is the most widely used in China's international trade. Because it is the most profitable in relation to freight and cargo volume.

Do I have to reserve the full container?

You can reserve a full or consolidated container according to the volume of your cargo.
• FCL (Full Container): it is suitable when the goods fill a container.
• LCL (Consolidated Cargo): it is suitable when the goods do not fill the container. Also called Bulk cargo, maritime groupage, consolidated container, consolidated merchandise. All importers place their goods in the same container and share the space.  

Minimum LCL load: 1 cubic meter

Which port to choose to ship from China?                         

China's 8 basic ports are: Dalian, Tianjin, Qingdao, Shanghai, Ningbo, Xiamen, Shenzhen and Hong Kong.
The transit time of container embarked from small ports in China for example Guangzhou, Foshan, Tianjin is always 1 week longer.
